【Ms. Liu Hua】

    Liu Hua, female, born in May of 1961, master, researcher. Director of the Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, executive director of the Criminal Procedural Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Procedural Law Association, director of the Criminal Law Institute of China Law Society, vice president of the Legislation Research Institute of China Behavioral Law Association, vice president of the Taiwan Studies Institute of Shanghai.

        To be responsible for the overall work of the Legislative Affairs Office of Municipal People’s Government, organizing and guiding the whole working staff of the Office to accomplish all tasks.

【Mr. Gu Changhao】

Gu Changhao, male, born in January of 1954, master. Deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, secretary-general of the Society of Administrative Law of the Shanghai Law Society, and managing director of the Shanghai Law Society.

To assist the director of the Legislative Affairs Office in doing well the assigned work; assist the director of the Legislative Affairs Office in handling the professional work of the whole Office. Assigned to take charge of the Legislation Division of Urban Construction, Division of Supervision on Legal System, Division of Coordination of Legal Affairs.

【Mr. Zhang Zhongyu】

Zhang Zhongyu, male, born in December of 1954, master. Deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, deputy director of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, vice president of Shanghai Research Association of Economic Law, and member of China Maritime Arbitration Commission.

To assist the director of the Legislative Affairs Office in doing well the assigned work; assist the director of the Legislative Affairs Office in doing well the ideological work and political work of the whole Office. Assigned to take charge of the Secretarial Administration Division, Legislation Division of Economics.

【Mr. Liu Jian】

Liu Jian, male, born in February of 1956, master. Senior Executive of the Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government.

To cooperate with the director of the Legislative Affairs Office to handle important legal affairs. Assigned to take charge of the Division of Administrative Reconsideration, Legislation Division of Social Administration.

【Mr. Liu Ping】

Liu Ping, male, born in February of 1960, Bachelor（two bachelor degrees）. Senior Executive of the Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, and director of Shanghai Institute of Administrative Law.

To cooperate with the director of the Legislative Affairs Office to handle important legal affairs. Assigned to take charge of the Division of General Affairs.
